Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Due to a rise in no-call/no-show instances over the past year, these events will now be charged due to the scheduling difficulties they cause.  No-call/no-shows and cancellations of single evaluations without 2 business days' notice will be charged a fee of at least half of the evaluation cost.  Cancelling or rescheduling multiple appointments or a full block of appointments with less than 2 business days' notice will be charged full price for the time lost if unable to be filled.

Extended Hours

Evening and weekend hours may be available upon request though on a very limited basis and are charged at 1.5x cost.
